User Terms & Conditions

• This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services we provide. BookMyRoom-SA.com acts only as an online reservation system for guests and never as an owner of an establishment. All bookings are subject to a payment of 100% of the cost of the bookings when making a booking on BookMyRoom-SA.com. BookMyRoom-SA.com requires your personal, financial and credit related details to complete a booking.

General

• You shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password(s), if any. Please see our Privacy Policy for terms applicable to our data collection and use practices.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of this Usage Agreement, including our separate Privacy Policy, from time to time, as we deem appropriate. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise indicated. We will not separately notify you that changes have been made, regardless of the scope and importance of the changes, and encourage you to periodically check back and review these Terms and Conditions so that you always know what terms and conditions apply to your access to and use of this Web Site.

Payments and Refunds

• You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. In order to make a purchase you must be over 18 years old be purchasing for yourself and have the legal capacity to make the transaction. You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. You must not use the website for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
• Failure to supply the correct credit or debit card billing address information and/or cardholder details may result in you booking being declined. Please ensure that the details you give match those on your credit card billing statement. Payment may also be declined if incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied.
• All refunds/cancellation fees for bookings that have been approved will be done in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please use the cancellation form on our contact us page to cancel your booking. All refunds owing to you in accordance with our cancellation policy will be refunded to the card on which the booking was made.

Cancellation Policy

• When making a booking with BookMyRoom-SA.com, the total cost of your stay is required to secure your accommodation. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your booking date you will be refunded 90% of your total stay. If you cancel between 15 days and 29 days of your booking date you will be refunded 20% of your total stay. If you cancel 14 days or less you will lose all your payment.
• Please note: All refunds can only be made to the card on which the booking was made.
• To cancel please log in using your username and password and click on the cancel menu or alternatively you can cancel your booking via our contact us page.

Complaints

• Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to BookMyRoom-SA.com in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to BookMyRoom-SA.com in writing.

Copyright

• Copyright subsists in all material on this site. Unauthorized usage thereof shall constitute an offence and shall render the offender liable to prosecution.
